The Culinary Food Group exhibited at our first ever trade show in December. The Food Ingredients Europe exhibition was held over three days in Paris Nord Villepinte.
Despite the even taking place two weeks after the tragic events in Paris, we didn’t let this hamper our efforts. Footfall was down significantly on previous years but the smaller crowds allowed us to dedicate our time to relevant potential customers.
TCFG was one of 200 new exhibitors at the show with an amazing 110 countries represented.
Each day our Chefs showcased three delicious tasting dishes; Sticky Toffee Pork, Lobster & Crab Ravioli and Master Stock Broth. These allowed TCFG to showcase our capabilities and definitely went down a treat with all the hungry visitors to our stand!
As it was our first event, it has been a huge learning curve for us and we look forward to future events which will be even bigger and better again.
