Simply Prepared Flavoured Butters

Rib-Eye Steaks

  • 2 x Rib-Eye Steaks
  • 2 x 15g Simply Prepared Garlic & Herb Butter Pellets

Heat a pan over a high heat. Season your steaks with salt & pepper on both sides. Add oil to pan and add your steak. Cook for 2-3 minutes each side until golden brown, reduce the heat and finish with your butter pellets. Spoon the butter over the steaks for another 2 minutes (for medium rare- medium). Remove from the pan and allow to rest for at least 5 minutes. Pour the remaining butter over and serve!

BBQ Corn on the Cob

Take your BBQ corn to the next level with the addition of a garlic and herb butter pellet.

Garlic Parmesan Chicken

  • 2 x Chicken Breast Fillets
  • 2 x 15g Garlic & Herb Butter Pellets
  • 60g Grated Parmesan
  • 2 Eggs (beaten for egg wash)
  • Flour
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 50g Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 50g Fresh Breadcrumbs

Preheat oven to approx. 180°C. Combine breadcrumbs with half the Parmesan and set aside. Make an incision in the side of each chicken fillet and stuff with a butter pellet and Parmesan cheese and seal again. Lightly coat each fillet in seasoned flour, then dip into the egg mixture and coat in the breadcrumbs. Heat oil over a medium heat in a frying pan and fry the breaded chicken on each side until golden brown. Drain and transfer to an oven tray and bake in the oven for approx. 20-25 minutes for a cheesy garlic Kiev!

Prawns Pil-Pil with Chorizo

  • 400g King Prawns (shelled and cleaned)
  • 100g Chorizo, halved & roughly sliced
  • 45g Simply Prepared Garlic & Herb Butter
  • 1/2 Diced Red Chilli
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Griddled Crusty White Bread to serve
  • Juice of Half a Lemon

Heat a pan over a medium/ high heat, add olive oil and chorizo & cook until the chorizo colours the oil. Add the prawns and chilli and cook for approx. 2-3 minutes. Add the TCFG butter pellets and cook for a further 2 minutes until the prawns are cooked. Finish with lemon juice and season to taste. Serve with crusty bread for dipping!
