The Culinary Food Group exhibited at Food Matters Live at London ExCel in November. It was a great three days meeting new people and businesses while also catching up with current customers.
The event had 800 exhibitors showcasing everything new and innovative in the food & drinks industry, giving the Culinary Food Group a lot of food for thought and inspiring us greatly on our return to the Culinary Innovation Centre! The team also attended some very informative conferences and seminar sessions over the three days which will most certainly assist in our innovation plans for 2019 and beyond!
Health and nutrition were prominent trends across the show with some very interesting new products and developments. Natural ingredients, vegan products, sugar reduction, sustainability, free-from foods, clean labels and plant-based products were also popular across the exhibition.
Our chef Luke was busy sampling some delicious dishes showcasing our new LoGel Stocks such as Beef & Guinness Casserole, 5 Spice Duck Broth with Slow Cooked Duck, Slow Cooked Pork Taco with Roast Pork Mayonnaise, Pineapple Salsa & Chilli Sauce, and Vegan Mushroom Risotto. They went down a treat!
