Using a blend of Italian Durum Wheat Semolina and Tipo OO Flour we can create a silky mouthfeel that is hard to resist.
We take the hard work away from you by offering a bespoke recipe development service from product concept, research and trends hunting through to development, managing our partnership and the launch of these wonderful products just for you. Our products are manufactured in a high care facility and are suitable for use directly into your meal products. They are available in various shapes and sizes and are produced and individually quick frozen to retain the freshness of the pasta and allow for easy portion control.
Pasta Concepts now manufactures a range pre portion Risotto bases and a range puree’s to add to the base product – why not try our Risotto base with our White Onion Puree or Butternut Squash Puree which gives a fabulous finished meal in minutes back of house.
We have now developed a range of Gluten Free pasta products. Our Gluten free range has been under development for over a year now and we are excited to launch this new range onto the marketplace. From short shape pasta and lasagne sheets right through to Beef & Red Ravioli. Spinach & Ricotta Cannelloni to Butternut Squash Ravioli we feel our GF range would challenge any standard pasta product.
